Professor Stephen Hawking, who is considered to have one of the world’s greatest scientific minds, analyzed the key factors which have affected England’s World Cup performances since 1966 and has now drawn up a formula based on the team’s optimum conditions.
Professor Hawking also addressed England’s penalty chances in the video below. “As we say in science, England ‘couldn’t hit a cow’s arse with a banjo’.”
He believes “velocity is key” therefore players need at least a three step run up. But added: “Velocity is nothing without placement. If only I had whispered this in Chris Waddle’s ear before he sent the ball into orbit in 1990.”
“All mathematical science and rational thought goes out of the window here – I am an Englishman and will be cheering our boys all the way to the final in Rio,” said Professor Hawking.
